David DuerdenSeptember 09, 2025Nice course layout but felt a little claustrophobic as not much ground between fairways and many tees close to previous greens. Fairways were very poor and patchy due to the dry spell. This will take a long time to recover. Tees were very untidy and not cut even though it was the Vardon Bowl when we played it. Greens were very good. Club member was a little snooty although starter was very helpful and friendly, so avoid leaving your trolley at the steps of the patio, you’ll be told to move it to the trolley park at the side. Not a course I would go out of my way to play again.
