Description
The Roxburghe Golf Course is an 18-hole championship layout designed by Dave Thomas, set across 200 acres of rolling parkland on the banks of the River Teviot in Scotland. Thomas shaped the course around the natural contours of the landscape, incorporating mature woodland edges and open scenic views to create a varied mix of holes that suits golfers of all abilities. The free-draining parkland setting keeps the course playable and picturesque throughout. The standout hole is the par-5 'Viaduct', played from an elevated tee with the River Teviot running alongside and the green framed by the historic Roxburgh Viaduct. It’s in fantastic condition and the Scottish Borders is represented by a challenging and engaging course that utilises the beautiful countryside to its best. A real gem.
