The Nightmare Golf Course plays to par 72 over 18 holes, stretching from 5,061 to 7,019 yards across rolling northern Michigan terrain with huge elevation changes and undulating greens. Opened in 2003, this public course in Michigan, United States puts its toughest tests on holes 3 and 8 — hole 3 is the most demanding par 4 on the course, while hole 8 holds the number one handicap ranking at The Nightmare. A driving range with free range balls is available before your round. The on-site academy has instructors who have helped casual golfers improve their game. On the course, clean bathrooms appear every three to four holes, and carts come stocked with a cooler of ice for beverages.
