The Medalist Golf Club

The Medalist Golf Club is an 18-hole, links-style layout in Michigan, United States, designed by Bill Newcomb and opened in 1997. It plays from 5,149 to 6,955 yards across rolling terrain woven with wooded acres, wetlands, and marshland. Several holes put that natural landscape directly in play. The par-3 7th (172 yards from the tips) is flanked by wetlands on both sides. The par-5 4th (568 yards) is a double dogleg requiring a carry over wetlands, and the par-5 9th (565 yards) runs alongside ponds on the left. The course is semi-private and has earned 4½ stars from Golf Digest, been named the best Battle Creek area golf course, and ranked among the top 25 courses in Michigan. It is scheduled to host the 2026 FireKeepers Casino Hotel Championship. A Toptracer Range with shot-tracking technology is available on site. The Medalist Bar & Grille is located in the clubhouse and provides dining before or after your round.
