The Inspiration Club

The Inspiration Club in Hayes, England, is an 18-hole course designed with golfers of all abilities in mind, rated 4.7 by Hole19 golfers across 80+ reviews. The course was shaped in collaboration with Mackenzie & Ebert, advisors to eight of the ten Open venues. Their brief was to create links-style greens and bunker complexes inspired by their favourite courses. The result is a set of tough revetted bunkers and carefully placed hazards that reward bold play with better angles into greens. On the putting surfaces, Pure Distinction bentgrass delivers a consistent ball roll and uses less water than comparable grass species. Sustainability runs through the design: Eco Bunkers use a patented method to replicate traditional Scottish revetted profiles, while thoughtful water management and extensive rewilding are already returning native species to the site. Three tee options keep the course accessible — Black at 6,610 yards, Orange at 6,100 yards, and Purple at 5,440 yards — so golfers can choose a layout that suits their game.
