We often return to this course, it’s quite forgiving with wide fairways but the greens can be tricky with a few tiers and slopes on the way round. The greens are generally in good condition but not quite as good as a typical private club, nonetheless very playable. The course has a few hills to navigate which make for some fun tee shots. Bunkers have a decent amount of sand in them, and the course layout is good.

Bunkers are GUR and have been since lockdown, no conpressure to clean wheels and shoes. All Tee boxes out of use with no temp matting just Tee off the fairway.

Beautiful views and course was in great shape considering the weather we have had recently… for a winter round it was spot on. Only drop was the course was stacked out so lots of waiting and holding up play unfortunately.
