The Empire Brunei Country Club is an 18-hole Jack Nicklaus-designed championship course in Jerudong, Brunei, stretching 7,029 yards along the coast. The layout winds beside the sea, where coastal winds create an additional challenge across tight fairways. Strategically placed bunkers punish both the off-guard and the overly ambitious. The signature 15th is a 549-yard par five running along the beach, lined with sprawling bunkers throughout. The closing hole brings the round to a fitting end, with the 18th green positioned against the cliffs and a direct view of the sea and the hotel's six-storey glass atrium.
