The course plays to a par of 71 across a yardage range of 4,643 to 6,424 yards, making it accessible to a wide range of handicaps. Semi-private access keeps it open to visiting golfers. It has been recognised as the Most Challenging Public and Semi-Private Golf Course in Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill in 2019, and the Best Public and Semi-Private Golf Course in the same area in 2020 — and it ranks as one of the most-played courses in North Carolina on Hole19. Great course! My wife is just learning the game and we have a lot of fun at this course. It’s easy to find your ball on those blind shots. The fairways are in good shape and the rough is very reasonable for high handicaps like myself. Some of the greens are a little rough at the moment but they play well.
