The Caversham (Eyston)

The Caversham (Eyston) is a semi-private, 18-hole inland links course in England, United Kingdom, that opened in 2021. It plays between 5,536 and 7,319 yards, giving golfers a wide range of tee options across the layout. Practice facilities are extensive and exclusive to members and guests. The driving range stretches over 300 yards with distance markers, while a dedicated short game area — built around a former green — covers greenside bunker play through to shots from 80 yards. A putting and short game green sits on the eastern side of the clubhouse. PGA Professional Joe Templer is on hand for tuition, and a six-hole Academy Course designed by Thomas McBroom with USGA-standard greens is planned. The clubhouse includes The View restaurant, where the kitchen uses locally sourced ingredients, and The View bar, stocked with beers, wine, spirits, and hot drinks. The pro shop carries current equipment, apparel, and accessories, with Custom-Fit Club fitting for Mizuno clubs via a GC Quad simulator. A Golf Fitness Suite, free parking, and wheelchair-friendly facilities are also available. The course is rated 4.6 by 100+ Hole19 golfers and is a popular round among Hole19 golfers in England.
