Description
The Briars Golf Club is a semi-private, 18-hole course in Georgina, Ontario, Canada, designed by Stanley Thompson and opened in 1922. Tree-lined fairways, strategic bunkering, undulating greens, and proximity to the shores of Lake Simcoe define the layout. Thompson's design has endured for over a century and has hosted the Soldier On Event. PGA of Canada certified instructors offer private, semi-private, and group lessons on site. The original 1926 clubhouse now serves as the Briars Teahouse, with a Pro Shop also available to members and guests.
