Tashua Knolls Golf Course (Tashua Glen)

Tashua Knolls Golf Course (Tashua Glen) is a 27-hole facility in Trumbull, Connecticut, set on farmland once inhabited by the Tamtashua Indians and later the Mallet family of Trumbull. The original 18-hole layout was designed by golf architect Al Zikorus and opened in 1976. It stretches 6,540 yards from the championship tees, offering a par 72 challenge suited to beginners and accomplished golfers alike. A 9-hole addition, designed by Michael Zikorus — Al's son — was completed in 2004. The terrain presented distinct challenges, and the resulting layout is considered a family-friendly option that holds its own for golfers of all skill levels. The course has earned media recognition and continues to draw a growing following among area golfers.
