Description
Tale Golf (Grey Bear) is Slovakia's first 18-hole championship golf course, set within the Low Tatras National Park at the Tále resort in Horná Lehota, Banská Bystrica Region. The course opened on 8 August 2002, with legendary professional golfer and Ryder Cup captain Tony Jacklin cutting the ribbon. Jacklin praised it for its unique natural scenery, originality of setting, and design. The layout was created by American firm International Golf Course Design of South Carolina, led by designers Bob Walton and Skip Malek.
