Takikawa Maruka Kogen Country Club

Takikawa Maruka Kogen Country Club is an 18-hole championship course built across the highlands of Maruka Mountain in Takikawa, Hokkaido Prefecture, Japan. Each hole is separated by birch trees and mixed woodland, giving the layout a clean, natural character while demanding accurate ball-striking throughout. The opening hole sets the tone, with forest lining both sides of the fairway. The 7th hole introduces water, with a pond coming into play from around the landing zone all the way to the green. The 9th plays as a gentle downhill, offering a brief change of pace.
