Sweetgrass Golf Club

Sweetgrass Golf Club, a resort-access parkland course in Michigan, United States, opened in 2008 to a string of national recognitions that have continued ever since. Designed by Paul Albanese, the 18-hole layout is best known for its island green on hole 15, one of the most photographed features in the state. The course has appeared on Golfweek's Best Courses, Golf Digest Best in State, GOLF Magazine Best in State, and earned the 2021 Michigan Golf Course of the Year and 2022 Jemsek National Golf Course of the Year honors. It has hosted the Epson Tour Island Resort Championship. A driving range is available to golfers with same-day tee times. Golf lessons are offered by Director of Golf Nathan Rousseau, with private instruction incorporating launch monitor data and video analysis.
