Stonegate Golf Club (The Oaks)

Stonegate Golf Club (The Oaks) is an 18-hole, par-72 layout in Florida, United States, designed by Ron Garl and opened in 2000. It stretches to over 7,000 yards and has earned a place on Golf Digest's list of Best Places To Play. Ron Garl routed the course through wetlands, oak hammocks, woodlands, and waterways, with streams and water hazards coming into play across wooded fairways. Hole 16 is a par 3 played over water to a large, bulkheaded green. The course operates on a semi-private basis and is a popular round among Hole19 golfers in Florida. The Stonegate Golf Academy provides private instruction and group lessons on site. The clubhouse includes a golf shop stocked with apparel, equipment, and club maintenance services such as re-gripping and re-shafting. The Grille offers a sports bar atmosphere with drinks and light fare, and casual dining with outdoor seating is also available.
