Sterling National Country Club

Hole19 golfers highlight Sterling National Country Club in Sterling, Massachusetts as a private 18-hole layout designed by Dr. Michael Hurdzan and opened in 1991. The course runs to 6,667 yards through wetlands, woodland, and a nature preserve. Hole 12, a par 4, is recognized as the course's signature hole. Sterling National is one of only ten courses in Massachusetts to earn Audubon International Certified Cooperative Sanctuary status. PGA instruction and lessons are available for all ages and skill levels, with single and group formats. The 19,000 square foot clubhouse includes the Member's Grill Room, which overlooks the 18th green and features a wrap-around bar with seating for up to seventeen, indoor and outdoor flat screen televisions, and outdoor dining. The Sterling Room seats 225 for dinner. The golf shop carries an extensive selection of apparel and equipment, with professional club fitting, equipment repair, and valet bag service on offer.
