Opened in 1978, St Andrews By The Lake is a public 9-hole, par-32 course in Penticton, British Columbia, Canada, playing to 2,204 yards across rolling hills, ravines, lake hazards, and weeping willow trees. Hole 7 is a 165-yard par 3 played over water to an island green with a miniature Swilken Bridge. The course has received a silver award for Best Golf Course in the Best of Penticton awards from 2019 to 2025 and has been voted best nine-hole golf course in South Okanagan for five years running. The pro shop carries brand-name golf apparel, headwear, accessories, and equipment, and offers cart and club rentals. The Painted Turtle Bistro serves a pub-style menu with casual dining, handcrafted cocktails, and local beer, with a lakeside deck.
