Squire Creek CC

Squire Creek CC is an 18-hole, par-72 private course in Louisiana, United States, stretching to 7,105 yards and designed by Tom Fazio. It opened in 2003 and was rated by Golf Digest as one of the five best new courses in the country that year, then ranked among the top 10 best new courses in America by Golf Digest in 2004. The course held the No. 1 ranking in Louisiana for four consecutive years. Several holes draw particular attention. Hole 2 is a short par five reachable in two, with a deep green guarded by a meandering creek. Hole 5 is a downhill par three protected by three bunkers and Squire Creek, with a green that slopes sharply from back to front. Hole 16 plays to a redan green with a front bunker and water left and behind. The driving range opens half an hour before the first available tee time. Teaching Professional Debbie Rivers, a Level 3 TPI Certified Golf Professional and Level 2 Junior Golf instructor, has been based at the club since 2008. The Fazio Grill restaurant and the 19th Hole bar are both cashless. The Golf Shop is open 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.
