Smoky Mountain Country Club

Designed by Thomas Walker, Smoky Mountain Country Club is a resort course in North Carolina, United States, playing to par 71 over just over 6,100 yards. The terrain is defined by nearly 400 feet of elevation change, with 5,000-foot peaks, deep shaded gorges, trout-filled streams, and rushing whitewater rivers shaping the round. Practice facilities include a driving range with mat and grass tee options, room for up to 25 golfers, and distance markers at 50, 100, 150, 200, and 250 yards — open seven days a week from 8 AM to 5 PM. A putting green sits just outside the Golf Shop door, directly beside the first tee. The Persimmon Grille serves golf package groups seasonally, offering a full bar and a menu running from 11 AM to 4 PM. Additional amenities include men's and women's locker rooms with saunas, a fitness room, heated pool and whirlpool spa, two lighted tennis courts, and on-site luxury condominium lodging.
