Sitwell Park Golf Club

Sitwell Park Golf Club, a parkland course in Whiston, England, was designed by Dr Alister MacKenzie and opened in 1913. The hillside layout features sloping fairways, elevated greens, and fast undulating putts throughout its 18 holes. Two greens stand out in particular. The 9th is among the trickiest on the course, its green sloping sharply from right to left. The 18th closes the round with a three-tiered classic MacKenzie green. Rated 4.4 by 70+ Hole19 golfers, the course is private. In the clubhouse, The Reresby Suite is a 60-seat restaurant serving locally sourced seasonal produce. The 19th Hole bar is well-stocked with food and snacks. The MacKenzie Suite overlooks the course, and a balcony offers panoramic views. A professional's shop is also on site. The club was named CAMRA's Club of the Year 2024.
