Description
Singapore Island Country Club (Bukit) is an 18-hole championship course in Singapore that borders the MacRitchie Reservoir, set among more than 3,000 mature trees spanning at least 10 varieties. Nick Faldo once described it as a "beautiful course" — a reputation the layout has earned over decades. The Bukit Course has hosted some of golf's most prestigious events, including the 1969 World Cup, the 1993 Johnnie Walker Classic, the Rolex Masters from 1973 to 1998, at least 28 Singapore Opens between 1962 and 1995, and the Inaugural Caltex Singapore Masters in 2001. That competitive history makes it the most popular course within SICC.
