Mike LormandSeptember 16, 2019Front 9 is really pretty with lots of elevation changes and tight fairways. Greens roll pretty fairly for a city course, with lots of break. Back 9 was in worse shape, looked like they were having some drainage issues. The layout on the back was less interesting also, but I’ll definitely be back to play Silver Lakes again. I don’t have a car so I look for courses that are relatively easy to get to by mass transit. Actually took the S93 bus from Bay Ridge, Brooklyn and it was surprisingly easy and fast to get there.
