Shirland Golf Club, a semi-private parkland course in England, United Kingdom, draws golfers back with tree-lined fairways, varied elevations, and panoramic views of the surrounding countryside across its 18 holes. The bar, Fairways & Bunkers, runs across two areas with a wrap-around balcony overlooking the 18th green. A large indoor function suite is also available on site. Course in fantastic condition. Greens were immaculate, rolling smooth and true. Par 5’s killed me. I’ll be back to have another go at these.

Adam BuckleyMay 02, 2021I’ve played some dreadful courses in Derbyshire but this is up there. The greens were horrendous, full of unevenly grown grass, rock solid and slow, furry in patches. Great views are a given in this part of the country, unfortunately the greens made the short game redundant and made for a very frustrating round. Will not play here again, would strongly recommend others to look elsewhere.
