Sewickley Heights Golf Club

Sewickley Heights Golf Club has hosted the 1966 U.S. Women's Amateur and the 1998 Champions Tour Pittsburgh Senior Classic, a record that reflects the private 18-hole layout Jim Harrison designed and opened in Bell Acres, Pennsylvania, in 1961. The course is built around dogleg holes, undulated and multi-tiered greens, strategic bunkering, and penalty areas that appear throughout. Hole 6, a double-dogleg par 5 and the No. 1 handicap hole, is listed as the longest hole in Western Pennsylvania. Hole 17, a par 5 late in the round, brings penalty areas into play off the tee and on the second shot. The clubhouse includes a Dining Room, Lounge, and Patio where a culinary team delivers thoughtfully crafted menus, along with a Men's Grill and a Ballroom for events and celebrations.
