Sanctuary Cove Golf & Country Club (The Pines)

Sanctuary Cove Golf & Country Club (The Pines) is Australia's only Arnold Palmer signature course, set across 101 hectares of established pine forest in Hope Island, Queensland. The layout is carved through the trees, with corridor approaches defining several holes and six man-made lakes coming into play on 14 of the 18 holes. The combination of tight tree-lined corridors and water hazards makes this one of the more demanding tests in the country, reflected in a course rating of 74 off the black tees and 72 off the blue tees. Beyond the challenge, the course is home to an abundance of wildlife, including rare bird species and native kangaroos.
