Rydges Formosa Golf Resort sits on 170 hectares along the Pohutukawa Coast, about 40 minutes southeast of Auckland in Beachlands, overlooking the Hauraki Gulf with views across to Waiheke Island, Rangitoto Island, and the Coromandel Peninsula. The 18-hole championship course was designed by Sir Bob Charles and has been featured in The Finest Golf Clubs in the World. The 11th and 16th holes offer particularly striking shoreline views. An onsite Pro Golf Shop provides expert advice for players of all levels. The resort sits a short drive from Pine Harbour Marina, Maraetai Beach, and Ayrlies Gardens, with Ardmore Airport around 20 km away.
