Royal Golf La Bagnaia, designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. in Tuscany, Italy, won Italy's Best Golf Course 2023 at the World Golf Awards — the resort has since added Italy's Best Golf Hotel 2025 from the same body. The 18-hole, par-71 layout stretches to 6,672 yards across rolling hills with wide fairways, flowing contours, and well-placed bunkers throughout the property. Practice facilities are substantial: a 300-meter driving range with over 60 outdoor stations, target greens, and bunkers; a large putting green with subtle slopes; two pitch & putt holes with a short game area framed by bunkers; and individual or group lessons with PGAI Professionals. The Golf Shop handles tee time bookings, equipment rental, and a curated selection of apparel and accessories. Il Rosmarino Bar & Restaurant opens onto a panoramic terrace overlooking the course and serves traditional local dishes. Changing rooms include showers and personal lockers with digital codes.

Course in rolling hills of Tuscany. Course in good condition except for the bunkers, that have become infected by mud from below. According to the manager, that is a high priority to fix until next season. Recommend a cart unless you are fit to walk up and down those hills. A lovely Tuscan course with a ”Scottish” links feel to it.
