Description
Rookery Golf Club opened in August 2000 on the Delmarva Peninsula and has since become one of the most-played courses in Delaware on Hole19. The 18-hole championship layout sits between rolling mounds to the west and a heron rookery to the east. The Rookery South was designed by 2004 Senior British Open Champion Pete Oakley and Golf Course Superintendent Chris Adkins with challenge and playability in mind for all skill levels. Bentgrass greens, tees, and fairways are well-conditioned throughout. The course is just minutes from the Lewes and Rehoboth Beach area, making it a convenient stop for visitors and locals alike.
