Rockland Golf Club

Rockland Golf Club is an 18-hole, par-70 layout stretching from 5,023 to 6,041 yards, designed by Wayne Stiles and Roger Sorrent and opened in 1916 in Rockland, Maine. The front 9 runs through wooded terrain, while the back 9 opens up considerably and overlooks Lake Chickawaukie. The first hole carries an ocean view of the Rockland breakwater and lighthouse. The course has hosted the Ladies State Amateur Championship three times — in 1998, 2006, and 2018 — and was ranked #2 Best Golf Course in the State of Maine and #20 in New England by Golf Advisor in 2019. Access is semi-private. Instruction is available in individual 30-minute or 1-hour sessions, a series of five 1-hour lessons, group lessons for up to four people, a ladies clinic, and a junior golf program. Rockland Golf Club is a popular round among Hole19 golfers in Maine.
