Rated among the top courses in Illinois by Hole19 golfers, Rich Harvest Farms is a private 18-hole layout in Illinois, United States, designed by Jerry Rich and opened in 1999. The course moves through wetlands, forest, farmland, and Illinois prairie grass. That variety of terrain, combined with an extensive tournament record, has drawn sustained recognition: Golf Digest ranks it among America's 100 Greatest Golf Courses and lists it among the 75 Toughest, while Rolex's World's Top 1000 Golf Courses includes it as well. On opening, Golf Digest named it the 5th Best New Private Course in the United States in 1999. The tournament history is substantial. Rich Harvest Farms has hosted the 2009 Solheim Cup, the 2017 NCAA Division I Men's and Women's Golf Championships, the 2021 Arnold Palmer Cup, and LIV Golf Chicago events in both 2022 and 2023, among others. An indoor practice facility is available on site. Golf Digest Index rankings also recognize the course for its caddies, service, accommodations, meals, and wines and spirits. The property holds Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary status.
