Reid Golf Course

Host to the Appleton City Golf Tournament and the Fox Cities Amateur Golf Tournament, Reid Golf Course is an 18-hole municipal layout in Appleton, Wisconsin, that has been in play since 1941. The course tests golfers with fairway bunkers, water hazards, ponds, trees, multi-tiered greens, and elevated putting surfaces. Hole 5 is the hardest on the front nine, with a small green that slopes severely back to front. Hole 12 opens a stretch of tough par 4s on the back nine, bringing a creek and an elevated green into play. Reid Golf Course ranks as one of the most-played courses in Wisconsin on Hole19. A large practice range and on-site lessons support preparation, and the Sticks for Kids program offers free club rental for all youth. The clubhouse includes a full-service golf shop, food service, a locker room, and a lounge area.
