The layout works across elevation changes, water features, fairway bunkers, and greenside bunkers. Hole 8, a par 3, requires a carry over water and bunkers and has been cited as the most beautiful par 3 on the Emerald Coast. The course holds a Golf Digest Top 15 in Florida ranking, a Golf Digest Top 200 Places to Play in North America listing, and an ICONIC designation from Boardroom Magazine in partnership with Forbes Travel. Florida Golf News named it the #1 Favorite Golf Course in Northwest Florida. Practice facilities include a covered natural-grass driving range over 1,200 sq. ft., a putting green, a short-game area with greenside bunkers, and a Golf Performance Center staffed by PGA Professionals using Trackman technology and video swing analysis. The 16,000-square-foot clubhouse houses The Grill, a full-service bar and restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, brunch, and dinner.
