Puakea Golf Course

Designed by Robin Nelson and opened in 2003, Puakea Golf Course sits in Hawaii, United States, and plays to par 72 over 18 holes stretching to 6,954 yards. The layout moves across rolling mounds, volcanic cliffs, massive ravines, and giant sinkholes, with strategic bunkering, water features, and lush tropical undergrowth shaping play throughout the routing. Elevation and wind come into sharp focus on hole 6, a 176-yard par 3 from the green tees. The course has received Sports Illustrated recognition. Practice options include an all-grass driving range with six target greens set against the backdrop of the Wai'ale'ale Mountain Range, a large putting green with varied slope conditions, a short-game area with a large bunker, and private instruction available by appointment. The pro shop carries PXG rental clubs, and the Puakea Grill is on site for post-round dining.
