Prestbury Golf Club

Prestbury Golf Club is a private parkland course in Prestbury, England, designed by Harry Colt and opened in 1924. The layout plays across undulating terrain with elevation changes and sandy subsoil — conditions that reward precise ball-striking throughout the 18 holes. Ranked 83rd in England's Top 100 and fourth in Cheshire, the club is rated 4.9 by 60+ Hole19 golfers. Upcoming open competitions include a Gents Open in June 2026, a Senior Mens Open in July 2026, and a Ladies Open later that month. Practice facilities include a purpose-built driving range tee for drives and long-irons, a fully drained putting green with bunkers for pitching, a separate short-game area, and an Indoor Golf Studio with swing analysis technology staffed by resident PGA Teaching Professionals. The clubhouse bar and restaurant are led by Chef Richard Howden, who brings Michelin Star experience to the catering. An extended outside terrace is also available after your round.
