Pine Meadow Golf Club

Pine Meadow Golf Club in Mundelein, Illinois is an 18-hole, par-72 public course playing from 5,272 to 7,238 yards. It opened in 1985 and was named the No. 1 best new public golf course in America by Golf Digest in 1986, and has since ranked among the top 10 public access courses in Illinois. The layout runs across 35 acres of fairways lined with 250-year-old oak trees, 60-foot tall pines, blue spruce, maples, and shagbark hickory. Eighty-six sand bunkers and three grass bunkers add further definition throughout the routing. Practice options are extensive. The driving range includes over 20 grass tee stations and 30 mat stations on the upper level, plus more than 30 grass tee stations on the lower range, with five target greens. Two flat putting greens sit on the lower level, and a third is located near the first tee. A chipping green with a greenside bunker is available on both levels. A learning center with PGA instruction, an instructional staff, a master club fitter, and a state-of-the-art fitting center round out the facility. Pine Meadow Golf Club is one of the most-played courses in Illinois on Hole19.
