Pine Lakes Country Club

Pine Lakes Country Club has stood at the heart of Myrtle Beach since 1927, earning its nickname "the Granddaddy" as the Grand Strand's original course. Designed by Robert White — the first president of the PGA of America and a co-founder of the American Society of Golf Course Architects — the 18-hole layout was built on natural dunes less than half a mile from the ocean, with freshwater lakes and rolling fairways shaping its character from the start.
