Penrith Golf Club

Penrith Golf Club is a public 18-hole course in Glenmore Park, New South Wales, Australia, open since 1997 and stretching to 6,247 metres off the back tees at par 72. Water hazards, bunkers, and doglegs shape the layout throughout. The opening hole sets the tone early, with water from the tee and a severe slope on the front section of the green. Hole 5 is a dogleg right played over water. The course has hosted the Australian Seniors PGA Championships, NSW Open, NSW PGA, and NSW Junior Boys Championship, and was named in the Daily Telegraph's Top 10 Golf Courses in 2011. It is rated 4.3 and one of the most-played courses in New South Wales on Hole19. A practice range and junior golf clinics with coaching and instruction are available on site. The clubhouse includes Fitzroy Lane, offering alfresco dining overlooking the course, a bar serving quiet beers and wine, and a fully stocked Pro Shop carrying the latest equipment, apparel, and accessories.
