Onward Mangilao Golf Club

Onward Mangilao Golf Club is an 18-hole course in Mangilao, Guam, designed by Robin Nelson around three large ponds set within garden-like fairways. The layout rewards strategic play, but the sea wind and shifting light make judging distances more demanding than the course first appears. Two holes run along the oceanside, where jungle rises on one side and wild waves break on the other. The contrast between the cobalt blue ocean, the deep emerald jungle, and the green fairway gives this stretch a dramatic, elemental character that sets it apart from the rest of the round.
