Description
Old Quarry Golf Course, located in Curaçao, is scheduled to host the RMHC Golf Classic 2026 — a fitting stage for a Pete Dye design that opened in 2010 across hills, valleys, and coastline with views of the Caribbean Sea, Spanish Water Bay, and Tafelberg Mountain. Hole 4 plays from an elevated back tee with the turquoise Caribbean Sea to the left and Tafelberg to the right. Hole 5 is the longest par 4 on the course and carries stroke index 1. Hole 14 is a downhill par 4 and the most forgiving on the layout. Practice facilities include a putting area designed to simulate real course conditions and a dedicated chipping area, both open daily from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Equipment rental covers the latest Titleist sets with Scotty Cameron putters and Vokey wedges, plus luxury Italian golf shoes. The pro shop carries a range of apparel and accessories, including Old Quarry-branded items. The 18-hole course is open to the public.

Gregory SalazarSeptember 28, 2023Golf course has great views from many holes. The mountain surrounds the course providing an excellent backdrop. The greens are excellent with undulating slopes and mounds, they role true. The tee boxes are for the most part untouched, meaning no divots form where I played. Seems like the Red tee boxes are most often used. In general the rest of the course is in rough shape, with bare patches and scrub grasses interfering with play. A couple of waste bunkers are actually pea gravel and should not be on the course if your ball goes in here you will damage your club. That being said the course is an interesting layout-another Dye original where the most challenging shot offers the greatest reward. I gave it 4 stars only because of the spectacular views from many holes, and the quality of the greens and tee boxes. The rest of the course I would rate as a 3 star. It is a fun course to play. G
