Ohtama Country Club

Ohtama Country Club is a 27-hole hillside and woodland course located in Otama, Fukushima Prefecture, Japan, spread across three distinct nines: East, Middle, and West. The East course plays largely flat and is the most forgiving of the three. The standout challenge is the 6th hole, a slight left dogleg complicated by a pond and creek running along the left side. The Middle course is similarly flat, with the exception of a downhill tee shot on the 2nd. Holes 3 through 5 are the key stretch here, and the undulating green on the 7th adds another layer of difficulty. The West course has a grander feel. Its opening hole sets the tone immediately, requiring a tee shot carried over a valley.
