Description
Oatlands Golf Club - New South Wales is a private 18-hole course in Oatlands, New South Wales, Australia, designed by Rupert Black and opened in 1931. The layout plays to par 70 over 6,202 yards, routed through native blackbutt trees with natural hazards, Vineyard Creek, and a water storage dam coming into play. The club holds Tier One Club and Group 1 status, and has hosted the Australian PGA Championship (1963) and the NSW Women's Open. A Getting Started Golf Programme with Teaching Professionals is available on site. The pro shop occupies the heritage-listed converted stables of Oatlands House, in use since 1962. A temporary clubhouse accommodates up to 50 seated guests or 100 cocktail-style, with a function centre currently under development.
