Oak Tree Country Club (East) is a popular round among Hole19 golfers in Oklahoma, and the numbers explain why — a par-70 championship layout in Edmond measuring nearly 7,100 yards from the tips, with a course rating of 77.1 and a slope of 143. The East Course is the more demanding of the two layouts at Oak Tree, and it makes its intentions clear early. The front nine features six par-4s averaging 410 yards from the middle tees, set across a bunker-strewn landscape where humps and hollows punish anything straying from the fairway. The back nine closes with a genuinely difficult stretch — four of the final six holes are threatened by water, including two par-3s. The signature hole is the 16th, a 455-yard par-4 with water running the full length of the left side and a demanding approach to a deep green. The East Course has a long history as host of the Oklahoma Open, a state title that has drawn champions including Bob Tway, Gil Morgan, David Edwards, Todd Hamilton, and Lucas Glover.
