Oak Hills Country Club, set among the woodlands of Katori, Chiba Prefecture, is a historic 18-hole layout with a notable place in Japanese golf history. Designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr., it was the first course in Japan built with bentgrass single greens, giving it a distinctly American feel. The single-green format means the target narrows as you approach, demanding precision on every approach shot. Greens average a generous 700 square metres, rewarding accurate iron play.
