Northwood Golf Club

Hole 11 at Northwood Golf Club is one of the more distinctive holes in Rhinelander, Wisconsin — an island green that demands precision from every approach. Hole 17 adds further water pressure with a hazard running along the left side. Designed by Don Herfort, this 18-hole municipal course plays across rolling hills and ancient rocks, giving the layout a natural character that sets it apart from flatter parkland tracks. The full restaurant and bar in the clubhouse provides a place to settle in after the round. A premier driving range is available on site, along with junior golf programs and teaching for those developing their game.
