Tony AplinJuly 31, 2025This mixture of links and park land is now our annual trip away. From the first time playing we’ve fell in love with the varied challenges it has to offer. Pending weather and course conditions also changes the landscape of the course. This year it was bone dry rough was like a fairway and the distance you got in shots you gained 20-30yards however previous year colder and wetter summer made the roughs unplayable and the wind hard to conquer. Well worth a play and experience for yourself.
Mike SidebothamNovember 22, 2024Played at end of November so fairways and greens were solid from the frost but many of the greens should have been moved to the winter ones - the summer ones were absolutely solid and many covered in snow still. Nice holes but too many crossovers so chances of being hit by others golf balls is high.
