Musgrove has hosted a range of state-level competitions, including the State Senior Championship, State Women's Amateur Championship, State Junior Boy's Championship, State Junior Girls Championship, State Mid-Am, and State Senior Fourball. The clubhouse includes a dining room and grill, a lounge, and an original lobby and ballroom with hardwood floors and a double stone fireplace. The golf shop is staffed by PGA Professionals and carries a full selection of equipment and apparel.
