Mortonhall Golf Club

Mortonhall Golf Club is a private 18-hole, par-72 course in Edinburgh, Scotland, founded in 1892 and rated 4.6 by 90+ Hole19 golfers, making it one of the most-played courses in Scotland on Hole19. The layout runs through mature trees and around ponds. Practice facilities include four 20-foot nets near the 1st tee, a putting green behind the clubhouse near the 18th green, a separate 60-yard putting green with a short game area in front of the clubhouse, and a greenside practice bunker and short game area completed in Summer 2023. The club has hosted the Scottish Amateur Stroke Play, Scottish Youth Tournaments, and the Scottish Girls Under 16's in 2017. The clubhouse restaurant serves seasonal menus running from traditional Scottish breakfast to fish or steak evening meals, catering for members, guests, and private functions. The bar areas include a casual lounge with snacks and drinks and a formal bar with an extensive evening menu and open fire, with major sporting events shown on Sky TV.
