Moonlake Golf Club Tsurumai is a 36-hole hillside course in Ichihara, Chiba Prefecture, Japan, laid out across generous, rolling terrain that rewards bold, long hitting. The outward nine features some notably long stretches, with the 5th hole — a par five — standing out for its exceptional length. Reaching the green may require a fairway wood on the third shot, not just the first two. The short holes on the front nine also play longer than average. On the inward nine, course management becomes the priority. The 11th and 15th holes bend to the left, while the 18th turns right, and on each of these dogleg holes the placement of the tee shot is the defining challenge of the hole.
