Miyanomori Country Club

Miyanomori Country Club is a 36-hole woodland course in Utsunomiya, Tochigi Prefecture, Japan, where generous tree-lined corridors separate each hole across largely flat terrain. The front nine opens with a wide fairway on the 1st hole, giving golfers room to swing freely off the tee. The 4th is the course's only significant drop hole, with a descent of around seven metres. The 6th demands more precision — tighter fairways and stronger undulation mean tee-shot placement is critical. On the back nine, the par-3 13th stands out for both its visual appeal and strategic challenge, with a pond framing the hole. The closing 18th brings everything together: trees lining both sides, fairway bunkers in play, and a pond front-left of the green that influences every approach shot.
