Mission Inn Resort & Club (Las Colinas) is an 18-hole championship course in Howey-in-the-Hills, Florida, designed by Gary Koch and opened in 1992. Its name — Spanish for "the hills" — reflects the gentle rolling terrain that sets it apart from its sister course on the property. Las Colinas plays as an inland links design, featuring wide-open fairways, undulating greens, and a classic old-architecture style that rewards precise shot placement over power. Golf Digest nominated it Best New Resort Course in 1992 and later awarded it a four-star Best Places to Play rating, while Golf for Women recognized it for Top Fairways. The signature hole is Alligator Alley, the par-5 12th. At 493 yards along a tree-lined fairway, it demands accuracy from tee to green and is the course's most memorable test.
